A Language Arts Assessment form will be sent to parents to give to their child’s teacher. This assessment helps to determine successful group placement.
In early June, an Information Packet will be mailed. The packet will contain dates, calendar of events and general information. On the first day, each camper will plant a sunflower seed so that by the end of their journey, this sunflower will have grown along with your child. The sunflower symbolizes their continued growth long after they have left camp. We will also have a small sunflower garden that will provide a beautiful backdrop for our weekly assemblies.
Our tuition refund policy requires requests to be submitted by June 1st. If we can find a replacement(s), you’ll receive a tuition refund minus a $50 processing fee per camper. However, if we cannot find a replacement, and/or you cancel after June 1st, no refund will be issued and you’ll still be required to pay the full tuition balance. (see invoice for full details)
